Now Hiring - Builder/Installer

POSITION:

Challenge Design Innovations is now hiring field staff who can perform a variety of labor on projects constructing/installing zip lines, canopy tours, aerial parks, ropes/challenge courses, and military tactical training obstacle courses. Travel required within the United States for 3-12 days at a time. Office based in Banner Elk, North Carolina and ideally employees will live within a 4-hour drive radius of the office.  Looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of a greater construction team that emphasizes high-quality work, a commitment to safety, advancement within the company, and lasting relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: While some ongoing and industry-specific training will be provided, preference will be given to the following:

General knowledge of basic construction tools and how to operate them. General knowledge of cable connections and ability to install with limited supervision. Familiarity with rigging and ability to work in a harness in an elevated position for extended periods of time. General knowledge and ability to operate heavy machinery. Operational experience in a related activity, such as working at a zip line or ropes course, is helpful but not required.

Minimum age of 18.

SALARY/COMPENSATION:
